There are some interesting ideas in this world (and a lot we still don’t know about ourselves), but this idea is so radical I’m almost afraid to write about it.

There is a short video on YouTube entitled “You Have a Second Brain” that claims your digestive system acts as another brain and it has far more control over us than we realize.  It’s produced by AsapScience (running 4:46 with a brief commercial at the end).  I found it through the EarthSky website (http://earthsky.org/human-world/do-you-have-a-2nd-brain-in-your-gut), but it can be accessed directly at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3Ftj5E90tY.

It’s worth watching, and if proven true, could be something of a breakthrough.
